...  at 6 pm when our flight out of Denver International takes off for Chicago (thankfully it didn't snow). 

We are due in at Chicago airport at about 8 pm and take off for London, Heathrow at 10:30 pm.  I am sure three very tired travellers will be happy to disembark from the plane at 12 noon Greenwich "meantime", where we will catch the fast train to Paddington station for a bite to eat and a warm beer in the nearest pub (yum yum) and some fun shopping.  We will be back at the airport 2 hours before our flight leaves for South Afirca at 6 pm.

Then hip hip horaaaaah, we will arrive at Guatang International - now called Oliver Tambo International Airport -(that's Johannesburg International) at 7 a.m. hopefully to some wonderful sun and of course our family who we haven't seen for 10 years - shame on me!!
