Peyton, Colorado which is also located on the Eastern Plains of Colorado Springs approximately 10 miles northeast of Falcon and which is more rural than its neighbor, Falcon.  Horses and other livestock are welcome here as the lots can be up to 40 acres so you can enjoy the open space for farming and gardening.  But do be careful - most homes are on well water and we need to make sure that the well can supply both the animals and us.
