So... Spring has Sprung.   

The sun is shining (as it always does, here in Colorado) but with more warmth and the promise of an exciting summer ahead.

Hello and Welcome 
to the 1st edition of Our Mag. an on-line magazine which I hope to send to you on a monthly basis, with news and information, not only on the real estate industry with all it's antics, but with tit bits and handy help information to make life easier in our daily lives.

Our Advertisers page is dedicated to anyone and everyone to advertise on, for free.  I look forward to contributions from one and all.  Advertise your business, advertise your services, advertise those goodies you don't want anymore.  I would like to keep it dedicated to Colorado but will always look at advertisers that have something unique to offer.  So send them to me!

Our Kitchen page will always welcome recipes from one and all.  so share, share, share.

Our Home page this month is dedicated to helpful hints on the 'dreaded' spring cleaning (for some of us in any case) which will hopefully make it a more pleasurable chore (if there is such a thing)

Our Family page is of course dedicated to Our Moms and Moms all over the world.

Our Mortgage page has some interesting facts if you are thinking about helping a member of your family out by gifting money towards a down payment.

Our finance page talks about the housing markets second wind and how to make a low down payment loan work for you - articles reprinted from Realtor Magazine and Privatemi.

Our Success page is about Bob Burg's The Go-giver story which I hope you find interesting.

On the Lighter Side page I have inserted a little story of my own for you to read - bit scary, and I am hoping for contributions from all of you as the months go by.
