It is open from May 1st through to October 31st from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1st through to April 31st. The visitors centre is open during the winter months from 9 am to 5 pm.  Extended hours through to 8 pm is from Memorial day weekend through to Labor day weekend. The park and visitors center are free and open to the public. A real 'must see' treasured site.
